Comprehensive Brain Health Protocol Offered by RMG:
Stemcells
Stem cell therapy for musculoskeletal conditions involves using stem cells to promote tissue repair, restore or replace skeletal elements and associated tissues that are affected by acute injury, chronic degeneration.
Exosomes
Exosomes are tiny vesicles released by cells, containing bioactive molecules, including proteins, RNA, and growth factors. They can have a regenerative effect on damaged tissues. Exosome therapy is being investigated for its potential to reduce inflammation, promote tissue repair, and improve healing in various conditions.
Infusions
– Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy involves drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood, processing it to concentrate platelets, growth factors, and other healing components, and then injecting it into the injured or damaged area. PRP can promote tissue repair and reduce inflammation.
– Prolotherapy is a nonsurgical regenerative injection technique, and a combination of dextrose solution and lidocaine is usually used in prolotherapy. The concentrations of dextrose and lidocaine used in the clinical field are extremely high (dextrose 10%-25%, lidocaine 0.075%-1%).
– Peptide therapy involves specific peptides, which are short chains of amino acids, to improve cognitive function. Peptides used in therapy may have various mechanisms of action, such as reducing inflammation, promoting neuroprotection, enhancing cognitive function, or targeting specific pathways related to various brain conditions. Some examples include:
a) Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) is a protein that plays a crucial role in the growth, maintenance, and survival of neurons (nerve cells) in the brain. It is involved in neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to form new connections and adapt to changing circumstances.
b) Thymosin beta 4 (Tβ4) is a peptide that has neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties.
c) Cerebrolysin is a peptide used for some neurodegenerative disorders and is believed to support brain health by promoting neuronal growth and reducing neuroinflammation.
d) Semax is a synthetic peptide, derived from the sequence of adrenocorticotropic hormones (ACTH). Comprising six amino acids, Semax is primarily recognized for its potential nootropic effects, with users and some studies suggesting it may enhance cognitive functions, memory, and attention. Other potential benefits include stimulating neurogenesis (the growth of new neurons) and mood modulation.
e) Selank is a synthetic peptide, designed to mimic the effects of a naturally occurring peptide called tuftsin. Known for its potential anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) properties, Selank has been researched for its ability to reduce anxiety and enhance cognitive functions. Some studies suggest that it may modulate the expression of certain molecules in the brain, thereby promoting a calming effect and improving mental clarity.
Physical Rehab as Recommended
Kinetisense uses motion-capture technology and specialized software to analyze how a person moves, identifying areas of concern, assessing posture, and providing valuable data for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sports performance optimization. Physical rehabilitation is used to help individuals recover from injuries, illnesses, surgeries, or chronic conditions that affect their ability to move, function, or live independently.
